Koniec roka sa n\u00e1m pon\u00faka ako obzv\u00e1\u0161\u0165 vhodn\u00fd \u010das na prehodnotenie toho, \u010domu sa denno-denne venujeme, ak\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom k tomu pristupujeme, no je to najm\u00e4 skvel\u00fd \u010das na polo\u017eenie si d\u00f4le\u017eitej ot\u00e1zky \u2013 pre\u010do.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/karma-klub.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/img_6199018b9445f.\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-17vna\">Za\u010dalo to s internetom. Zaka\u017ed\u00fdm, ke\u010f bola Ma\u0165a online, zdalo sa, \u017ee jej niekto priamo podstrk\u00e1va pod nos nov\u00e9 pr\u00edbehy o \u010fal\u0161ej mega \u00faspe\u0161nej osobe, ktor\u00e1 dok\u00e1zala nie\u010do skvel\u00e9: rozbehn\u00fa\u0165 biznis, radik\u00e1lne zmeni\u0165 svoj \u017eivot, z\u00edska\u0165 pozornos\u0165 tis\u00edcov followerov, alebo si splni\u0165 sen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-5nief\">Ma\u0165a, druh\u00fd-rok \u0161tudentka na Karlovej Univerzite v Prahe, to v\u0161etko hltala. Vedela, \u017ee chce by\u0165 tie\u017e tak\u00e1 \u00faspe\u0161n\u00e1, aj ke\u010f si e\u0161te nebola ist\u00e1 v \u010dom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-3p96f\">Mo\u017eno sa to v\u0161ak podar\u00ed napodob\u0148ovan\u00edm \u013eud\u00ed, o ktor\u00fdch si pre\u010d\u00edtala, myslela si \u2013 ak okop\u00edruje ich n\u00e1vyky, a rutinu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-4apqv\">Pustila sa do literat\u00fary o svojpomoci, za\u010dala sa preb\u00fadza\u0165 skoro r\u00e1no, aby si dala j\u00f3gu a zameditovala si, farebne si vyfarbila cel\u00fd rozvrh. Pok\u00fasila sa \u010do najviac maximalizova\u0165 v\u0161etok svoj vo\u013en\u00fd \u010das, urobila si denn\u00fd zoznam \u00faloh a pevne sa ho dr\u017eala; stiahla si aplik\u00e1cie na zv\u00fd\u0161enie produktivity, ktor\u00e9 ju upozornili, ke\u010f sa \u010das na splnenie \u00faloh bl\u00ed\u017eil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-1ba20\">Jeden de\u0148 pred zav\u0155\u0161en\u00edm kapitoly tohoto obdobia sebazdokona\u013eovania, spom\u00edna Ma\u0165a, be\u017eala okolo univerzitnej kni\u017enice, nalo\u017een\u00e1 knihami v ruksaku. Ako sa pon\u00e1h\u013eala na autobus, k\u00fdm si od\u0165uk\u00e1vala okienka v aplik\u00e1cii zoznamu \u00faloh, stratila krok. Zletela zo schodov a zlomila si \u010dlenok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-d1app\">V nemocnici, k\u00fdm lek\u00e1ri a sestri\u010dky prech\u00e1dzali okolo nej z miestnosti do miestnosti, pokra\u010dovala \u010falej v pr\u00e1ci na laptope a odklik\u00e1vala aplik\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e9 jej pripom\u00ednali, \u017ee zaost\u00e1va.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-7oodv\">Tak\u00fdto bod zlomu pre Ma\u0165u nemusel pr\u00eds\u0165 aj nieko\u013eko rokov. Av\u0161ak minul\u00e9 leto, po skon\u010den\u00ed vysokej a nieko\u013ek\u00fdch online kurzov (s rovnakou discipl\u00ednou a frantickou produktivitou), Ma\u0165a vo veku 23 rokov, predsa len vyhorela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/karma-klub.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/img_6199018bbc829.\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-e7s2i\">V s\u00fa\u010dasnej dobe si d\u00e1va \u201cprest\u00e1vku\u201d. \u017dije s rodi\u010dmi vo svojom rodnom meste na Slovensku, kde rozm\u00fd\u0161\u013ea nad t\u00fdm, \u010do chce \u010falej robi\u0165 a vedie ve\u013emi odli\u0161n\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00fd \u0161t\u00fdl, ne\u017e si predstavovala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-3ie04\">Nevytv\u00e1ra si zoznamy, ani nepou\u017e\u00edva aplik\u00e1cie na produktivitu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-jp3n\">&#8222;Nikdy by som neo\u010dak\u00e1vala, \u017ee budem ma\u0165 raz prest\u00e1vku,&#8220; zd\u00f4veruje sa Ma\u0165a. &#8222;Je to pre m\u0148a t\u00e1 najn\u00e1ro\u010dnej\u0161ia a naj\u0165a\u017e\u0161ia vec, ktor\u00fa som v \u017eivote za\u017eila.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-8lrnl\">Po\u010das svojho vo\u013ena Ma\u0165a pracuje s terapeutom, ktor\u00fd sa pok\u00fa\u0161a zmeni\u0165 jej poh\u013ead na to, \u010do je pre \u0148u &#8222;\u00faspech&#8220; a jej ne\u00fanavn\u00e9 sna\u017eenie dosiahnu\u0165 r\u00f4zne ciele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-fk58a\">&#8222;Dostala som sa k bodu, kedy som u\u017e nemala vlastn\u00fa agendu, akoby vlastn\u00fa v\u00f4\u013eu,&#8220; vysvet\u013euje. &#8222;Dovolila som zoznamom a apk\u00e1m fungova\u0165 za m\u0148a a kompletne mi riadi\u0165 \u017eivot. Na spont\u00e1nnos\u0165 neost\u00e1valo ve\u013ea priestoru. A rad\u0161ej nebudem hovori\u0165 o pocitoch viny, vo chv\u00ed\u013each kedy som nest\u00edhala maka\u0165 pod\u013ea pl\u00e1nu,\u201d dod\u00e1va Ma\u0165a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-e2nqh\">V uplynul\u00fdch rokoch sa r\u00f4znorod\u00e9 \u00fasilia o sebazdokonalenie, ako v Matinom pr\u00edpade, stali vrcholov\u00fdm priemyslom a vyprodukovali ak\u00e9si mon\u0161trum chrliace peniaze z nespo\u010detn\u00fdch kurzov, pr\u00edru\u010diek a kn\u00edh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-8i3ca\">Osobnostn\u00fd rast sa jednoducho stal duchom na\u0161ej doby. A v tejto digit\u00e1lnej dobe, kde si ka\u017ed\u00fd jedinec nesie svoju zodpovednos\u0165 za svoj vlastn\u00fd rast \u2013 a rovnako aj \u201cstagn\u00e1ciu\u201d \u2013 a je strojcom svojho \u0161\u0165astia, si naozaj ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00f4\u017ee vybra\u0165 na mieru u\u0161it\u00fd n\u00e1vod. Pon\u00fakaj\u00fa sa v\u00e1m desatoro \u010di p\u00e4toro pravidiel, ako sa nanovo \u201cna\u0161tartova\u0165\u201d, \u201czresetova\u0165\u201d, \u010di \u00faplne \u201cpreprogramova\u0165,\u201d (ak m\u00e1te nap\u00edklad zl\u00e9 vzorce v\u00fdchovy z detstva), ako to dok\u00e1\u017ee aj v\u00e1\u0161 po\u010d\u00edta\u010d, ur\u010dite zvl\u00e1dnete aj vy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-5iq4v\">Americk\u00fd trh so self-help knihami na osobnostn\u00fd rozvoj u\u017e v roku 2016 dosiahol takmer 10 mili\u00e1rd dol\u00e1rov a do roku 2022 sa odhaduje na 13 mili\u00e1rd. Je \u013eahk\u00e9 pochopi\u0165 pr\u00ed\u0165a\u017elivos\u0165 t\u00fdchto kn\u00edh, vide\u00ed a programov: je to vzru\u0161uj\u00face si myslie\u0165, \u017ee m\u00f4\u017eete dodr\u017ea\u0165 predp\u00edsan\u00e9 pravidl\u00e1, aby ste zoptimalizovali \u010das, zdroje a v kone\u010dnom d\u00f4sledku sam\u00fdch seba k akejsi dokonalej\u0161ej verzii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-1qog9\">&#8222;\u017divot je komplikovan\u00fd, ale self-help rady prines\u00fa pocit, \u017ee existuj\u00fa rie\u0161enia na v\u0161etky probl\u00e9my, pr\u00e1ve v tomto p\u00e4\u0165- alebo 10-krokovom n\u00e1vode,&#8220; hovor\u00ed Jeremy Montemarano, klinick\u00fd psychoterapeut z Texasu. &#8222;No v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina zmien v \u017eivote si vy\u017eaduje \u010das na spracovanie a v pr\u00edpade du\u0161evn\u00e9ho zdravia aj pr\u00e1cu s profesion\u00e1lom. Narazi\u0165 na tieto pocity v\u0161ak m\u00f4\u017ee pre v\u00e1s znamena\u0165, \u017ee ste sa ocitli v akejsi protikult\u00fare, na strane t\u00fdch druh\u00fdch &#8211; \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed sa vzdali sebarealiz\u00e1cie \u00faplne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-9h36r\">V\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina zmien v \u017eivote si vy\u017eaduje \u010das a ich spracovanie, tak\u017ee je l\u00e1kav\u00e9 necha\u0165 sa zvies\u0165 pr\u00eds\u013eubom, \u017ee to v\u0161etko ob\u00eddete a dostanete sa k tomu <em>sv\u00e4t\u00e9mu gr\u00e1lu<\/em> r\u00fdchlo a bezprobl\u00e9movo.
